The Floury was founded in early 2015 by Holly, a self-taught baker and cook. After working in the kitchens of restaurants and cafes in London + abroad she decided to pursue her love of delicious and beautiful baked goods - The Floury was born.

Holly is passionate about cooking with natural + delicious ingredients, and because she also cares about the planet we use organic and locally sourced ingredients whenever we can. The Floury brings together the best quality ingredients with seasonal fruits, homemade Madagascan vanilla extract, edible flowers from back home in Devon + fresh & vibrant flowers from the wonderful East London florists to make cakes you can't wait to get stuck into.

Holly also works as a food stylist + recipe tester
