Our bespoke wedding cakes are made using the finest ingredients- free range organic eggs, seasonal fruits, homemade vanilla extract and 70% cocoa dark chocolate, all adorned with plenty of fresh flowers and foliage to make a special feature of your big day. All our cakes are bespoke - designed around your favourite tastes, so if there's a flavour you love that's not on our menu just let us know and we'll come up with something delicious.

Holly is a self-taught baker and cook. After working in the kitchens of restaurants and cafes she decided to pursue her love of delicious and beautiful baked goods, and The Floury was born. Holly is passionate about only cooking with natural ingredients, so you wont find any food colouring or margarine in our cakes, and because we also care about the planet - we try to keep everything organic and locally sourced where we can.
Based from a humble kitchen in Stoke Newington, The Floury brings together the best quality ingredients with seasonal fruits, our homemade vanilla extract, edible flowers from back home in Devon or fresh & vibrant flowers from the wonderful East London florists, to make cakes you can't wait to get stuck into.
